Starting therapy can feel like a big step, especially if you're used to coping alone or feeling misunderstood.
You don't need to have everything figured out before you begin.
In our first session we will gently explore what has brought you to therapy and what you would like support with.
There is no pressure to share everything at once. We go at a pace that feels right for you.
I usually recommend starting with weekly sessions, as consistency can help reduce overwhelm and support emotional regulation.
Some clients choose to move to less frequent sessions later, depending on their needs.
