I am a qualified counsellor specialising in ADHD, Autism an AuDHD adults experiencing emotional overwhelm, burnout and the impact of difficult relational or childhood experiences.
Many of the people I work with have spent years trying to cope, adapt and function in environments that never fully made sense to them.
Often, this comes with a deep sense of exhaustion, self doubt or feeling like they are somehow "different" in a way they cannot quite explain.
I offer a space where those experiences can be understood rather than judged and where we can begin to make sense of patterns that may have felt confusing or overwhelming for a long time.

My approach is trauma informed, neurodivergent affirming and relational.
We don't rush.
Instead we gently explore:
Therapy is not about fixing you.
It is about understanding you and helping you find ways of coping that actually fit how you are wired.
I bring over 25 years of experience working across mental health services, social care and support settings including women's refuges, substance misuse services, schools and local authority services.
This has given me a deep understanding of trauma, complexity and the real life pressures people navigate.
Alongside my professional training I also have lived experience of neurodivergence.
This informs my work in a grounded and compassionate way, and supports my understanding of what it can feel like to navigate overwhelm, masking and emotional exhaustion.
